Josie Schaeffer graduated in 2015 from Morningside University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She returned to Morningside University, graduating in 2024 with her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner. Josie is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse practitioners. She resides in the Siouxland area with her husband and son.
