Aware that 1 in 12 adults may be experiencing some level of alcohol dependence, it’s vital to foster environments that do not revolve around drinking. Adhere to Recommended Drinking Limits
Understanding and adhering to recommended alcohol intake is crucial. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism defines moderate drinking as up to 3 drinks per day and no more than 7 drinks per week for women, and for men, up to 4 drinks per day and no more than 14 drinks per week.
